We’re already into the 2nd quarter of 2014! Let’s see how single-family home sales in Ozaukee County did the first part of the year.
There was a huge spike in the number of homes sold in March (60) over February (32) — an 88% increase!
The average sale price also did well. In February it was $259,593, and in March climbed to $295,289.
The only area we didn’t see an improvement is in the length of time on market. In February the average days on market for sold single-family homes was 143; that crept up just a bit in March to 160.
This is the time of year when we historically start to see more homes coming on the market and more buyers getting out to start looking at those homes. Check back next month to see how the beginning of the second quarter does!
