Future Accessible Cabin for people with disabilities
Wisconsin State Parks currently have nine cabins for people with disabilities located at the various parks. There are two rustic cabins and seven with amenities. These cabins are only meant for those with disabilities preventing them from enjoying the State Park camping experience at a traditional camping site. The need for these cabins is very great. The Friends of Harrington Beach State Park have been fundraising to build a handicap accessible cabin in the family campground at Harrington Beach State Park.
